Criminal Justice Ministry Leader: Jimmy Hisel Jimmy Hisel volunteers as Executive Director of the Regional Criminal Justice Ministry of South Texas. He works with prison chaplains assisting them in every way possible. Pastors and members of many BBA churches minister at the 4 area prisons by teaching Bible studies/discipleship classes to the inmates, serving on the CJM Board of Directors, and serving as hosts and hostesses at the Garza Prison Vistor's Center in Beeville, ministering to the families and friends of the prisoners.
